Health Equity Solutions is a non-profit policy and advocacy organization committed to promoting policies, programs, and practices that result in equitable health care access, delivery, and outcomes for all people in Connecticut regardless of race, ethnicity or socioeconomic status. Our approach to achieving this mission encompasses education, awareness, policy/advocacy, partnerships, coalitions and planning. We offer a series of workshops designed to incorporate health equity into everyday practices and policies. Our workshops include: Health Equity �" The Basics, Social Determinants of Health, Advocacy 101 & 102, Asset Based Community Development, and Storytelling for Advocacy.
